If you see this message when you try to update your device in MyDrive Connect, this may be resolved by following these steps:

  • Disconnect your navigation device from your computer.
  • Open Settings in MyDrive Connect by clicking the cogwheel in the top-right corner of the window.
  • Go to Downloads click Empty download folder, and Save settings.
  • Reconnect your device, log in if prompted, and try again.

If the issue persists, uninstall MyDrive Connect completely, reinstall the program and then try again.
