Claiming your money back is easy! Simply follow these steps:
Once you have submitted the application, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of submitting your claim, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have still not received it after 24 hours, please contact TomTom Customer Support with your full name, the email address that you provided in the form and the application date. Upon receipt of these details, we will be happy to resend your reference number.
You have thirty (30) days after receipt of the product to apply for the TomTom Money Back Guarantee and return your product to claim your money back.
If you are contacted via email and notified that your claim is invalid, we will give you the opportunity to double check your claim and re-submit it within 10 days with correct information to make your claim valid.
Yes. In order to participate in the TomTom Free Return offer, all you need to do is log in with your MyTomTom account and provide your order number on the form provided. If you do not remember your login details, please contact TomTom Customer Support.
The TomTom Free Return offer is managed by online redemption only. There is no alternative to online registration.

If your application is valid, you will receive an email notification with a link to a free postage label. This label must be printed and sent with the package within 4 weeks from the date the free postage label is provided.
If your return claim is validated, you will receive a reimbursement of the full price paid for the TomTom product(s) you have returned with your claim.
If your claim is validated, you will receive a reimbursement within 30 days from the date your claim was validated. The reimbursement will be paid back on the card used for the purchase of the product.
Faulty or damaged products are not covered under the TomTom Free Return offer. You may only handle your product in a limited way to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, which means your product has to be in nearly new condition and in good working order. If your product is faulty, please contact TomTom Customer Support.
Faulty or damaged devices are not covered under this return policy. If your device is faulty you need to contact TomTom Customer Support in order to claim your warranty. If you return a product that is found with a damage that is not covered by warranty and has not been reported by you upfront, TomTom keeps the right to either charge you with a fee to repair the product or to send the product back to you unrepaired and without refund.
Do not return goods for which you have not obtained an authorization number for the return number.
Failing to include a valid authorization number for the return might result in the product being returned to you, causing a delay in processing and/or your order not being refunded to you.
