When will my order be delivered?

Checking your order status

  1. Check the status of your order.
  2. Read the information shown below about how your purchase is delivered.

LIVE Services

As soon as the Order Status shows "Payment in process" on the TomTom website, the LIVE Services subscription is assigned to your MyTomTom account. In order to activate these services, you need to log in on your navigation device.

Once logged in correctly, you can check the status of your LIVE Services subscription and see the expiration date.

Maps, voices and speed camera subscriptions

As soon as the Order Status shows "Payment in process" on the TomTom website, your downloadable product is assigned to your MyTomTom account. You need to install our support software and then log in with your MyTomTom account to download and install this product on your navigation device.

Note:
  • If you have purchased the Map Update Service, you will receive an email when a new map version is available for download. If you update your navigation device regularly, the map may already be installed on your device, before you receive the email reminder.
  • If you have purchased a speed camera subscription, you can download speed camera updates twice a week. Navigation devices with an active LIVE Services subscription receive speed camera updates over the air.

Devices, memory cards and other accessories

As soon as the Shipping Status shows "Shipped" on the TomTom website, we strive to deliver your order within 5-7 working days. Orders are delivered by courier Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00. You will receive a tracking number by email so that you can follow the delivery online.
