Can I change the battery?

The battery of your navigation device cannot be changed.
We recommend that you first try to charge your device for at least 2 hours. Then soft reset your device.

If you have a problem with the battery, contact TomTom customer support.

Don't forget that you can use your navigation device with the car or home charger even if you have a problem with the battery.
