GO Navigation app – Error: ”Something went wrong (10106)”

If you are shown the error “Something went wrong (10106)” while downloading a map, force-quit the app by following these steps:

  1. Show your recently used apps:
    • iPhone X and later - From the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen, and pause slightly when you reach the middle of the screen.
    • iPhone 8 and earlier -: Double-press the Home button
  2. Find the GO Navigation app and swipe it up to the top of the screen to close it.

When the app is closed, start it again and return to downloading maps.
