Backing up your Golfer 2 rounds using the TomTom Golfer App

Tip: You can copy the round files from an old phone to the same location on a new phone.

You can manually back up your rounds using the TomTom Golfer App. To do this, follow these steps.

Select your operating system below:

Android using Windows
Android using Mac OS X
  1. Connect your smartphone to your computer.
  2. Press the Windows logo key  +E to open the Windows file explorer.
  3. In the list of devices with removable storage, double-click your Android™ device’s memory card.
  4. Open TomTom_TomTom Sports/[watch serial number].
  5. Copy the folder named Rounds and save it on your computer.
  1. Connect your smartphone to your computer.
  2. Click Finder in the Dock to open a Finder window.
  3. In the side bar, click your Android™ device’s memory card.
  4. Open TomTom_TomTom Sports/[watch serial number].
  5. Copy the folder named Rounds and save it on your computer.

iOS

  1. Connect your iOS device to your computer and wait for iTunes to open.
  2. Click on the device's icon in the upper-left corner of iTunes.
  3. Select Apps in the iTunes side bar and scroll down to File Sharing.
  4. Select TomTom Sports.
  5. Select all .ttbin or .golf2 files and save them on your computer.
