Checking the status of your subscriptions in MyDrive Connect

If you are unsure if you’re entitled to a map or speed camera update, you can check the status of your subscriptions in MyDrive Connect by following the steps below.

  1. Open MyDrive Connect and log in to your account.
  2. If you have multiple devices linked to your account, you can select the device you want by clicking My Devices and then selecting the relevant device.
  3. Click MY CONTENT in the top left corner of the page.
  4. You can find MY SERVICES at the bottom of the MY CONTENT page. Here you see all map update services and other services such as Speed Cameras, and their expiry date. If you have a lifetime service, that will be indicated instead of an expiry date.

You can update any maps or services by clicking Update Selected under MY UPDATES AND NEW ITEMS at the top of the page, or by clicking Update or Install under the individual maps.
