If your device is running out of power when using the Navigation app for Android™, or the GO Mobile app for Android™, the app may be using more power than the amount being provided to your device from the charger.
To resolve this, we advise that you always use a minimum of a 2 Amp in-car charger when driving with the app.
Also, check that no other apps are running in the background as they may be requesting power and draining your battery faster than it can be charged.
