iOS: Software version 1.6.12 or higher on your watch, and version 1.2.0 or higher of MySports Connect.
Android: Software version 1.8.3 or higher on your watch, and version 1.4.4. or higher of MySports Connect.

If you are not able to connect to the MySports mobile app, this may have been caused by updating your watch with an outdated version of TomTom MySports Connect. To correct this problem, follow these steps:
Make sure that you have the latest version of MySports Connect on your computer:
Windows: Click the watch icon in the notification area at the bottom right of your desktop and click Settings. The version is listed on the About tab.
Mac: Click the watch icon in the status bar at the top right of your desktop and click Settings. The version is listed on the About tab.
If you don't have the latest version installed, click the link next to the version to update MySports Connect.
