Why is my GPS Sport Watch activity not logged?

If your activities are not logged, you may have accidentally enabled the demo mode on your GPS Sport Watch.

Note: When using software version 1.3.1 or higher, the watch alerts you when in demo mode. If you are not shown an alert when in demo mode, connect your watch to TomTom MySports Connect to download and install the latest software version.

Follow these steps to disable the demo mode on your watch:

  1. From the clock, move down.
  2. Select Options and move right.
  3. Select Demo and move right.
  4. Move up or down to turn the demo mode off.
