My device shows no maps found. What can I do? (MyDrive Connect)

The No maps found error can occur if your device either has no map installed or if the map isn't readable. This can be caused by an interrupted map installation.

Please follow the steps below to solve the issue:

  1. Make sure the navigation device is connected to MyDrive Connect. [ show me how.. ]

  2. Download and install the map again using MyDrive Connect. [ show me how.. ]


MyDrive Connect or TomTom HOME?
