If your TomTom Navigation app for iPhone/iPad crashes when you try to start it, do each of the following steps to resolve the issue. Try to start the Navigation app after each step.
- Restart your iOS device.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Then release both buttons and wait for your iOS device to restart.
- Check the regional settings on your iOS device.
In the iOS Settings app, tap General. Tap International then Region Format. Make sure your country is selected.
- Make sure your iOS device is using the latest version of iOS.
Connect your iOS device to iTunes and check if a new version of iOS is available. If a new version is available, install it.
