MyDrive Connect is an application that helps you manage the contents and services of your navigation device. MyDrive Connect needs to be running while your device is connected to your computer. You need an internet connection to update and manage your device.
Important: If you are using Windows Vista, Windows XP or Mac OS 10.6 please read the information contained in the notes below.
Note: MyDrive Connect can also be installed on Windows Vista and Mac OS 10.6, but you may experience some performance issues. For Windows XP, see our FAQ.
Note: If you are using Windows Vista or XP and have a navigation device that is compatible with our latest software version 16.6, after you have completed the software update you will need to complete some additional steps to have your device recognised by your computer again. For more information, see our FAQ.

Firewalls, antivirus scanners and pop-up blockers can also interfere with MyDrive Connect. It may be necessary to configure your firewall and router to allow MyDrive Connect full access to the internet.
If you are using MyDrive Connect on a business network, for example, in an office at your workplace, be aware that your company may have restrictions and access policies that may prevent you from connecting to our servers. Also, if you are using a public network, it could have an unstable internet connection that could cause a download or an installation failure.
